My favourite podcasts

Podcasts can be a great way to work on self development, mindset, learning and even just to switch off and relax.

I love listening to podcasts and quite often get asked what my favourites are. I have different ones that are my go-to’s for different moods so I’ve broken this list down into self development and mindset, pregnancy and parenthood, switching off/fun and crime.

You can search for these podcasts on whatever app is your favourite, but my personal picks are Apple podcasts for iPhone users and Spotify. Subscribe and once you’ve listened to an episode or 2 and you like them leave a review, reviews really help podcasts to be seen by other listeners.
